Microsoft launches MAI models, Copilot super app and OpenClaw Windows agent
Microsoft unveiled a wave of AI products including new MAI-branded foundation models, a Copilot super app with long-running Autopilot agents, and a built-in OpenClaw Companion agent for Windows.
Microsoft has unveiled a broad wave of AI products spanning foundation models, a revamped Copilot interface, and a native Windows agent. The announcements, reported by TestingCatalog, suggest the company is doubling down on autonomous agents and deep OS integration.
On the model front, Microsoft revealed several new MAI-branded systems, including MAI Code 1 Flash and MAI Thinking 1, which are designed to plan and reason through complex coding tasks from start to finish, according to TestingCatalog. The lineup also includes MAI Image 2.5, MAI Voice 2, and MAI Transcribe 1.5.
In parallel, the company introduced a new Copilot "super app" centered on Autopilots—long-running, always-on agents, TestingCatalog reported. Scout is shipping as the first out-of-the-box Autopilot agent, with more expected to follow.
Microsoft is also launching the OpenClaw Companion app, a built-in, always-on agent deeply integrated into the Windows ecosystem, TestingCatalog noted.
